Family Dentist In East Ottawa

Hi,

I’m Dr. Basel Zbib and I have more fillings than you do. Seriously though. Although I grew up in Canada, I didn’t step foot into a dental clinic until I was in my twenties. Unfortunately, this story isn’t all that uncommon. Back then, I didn’t know what dentists even do for a living. But four extractions, two root canals, fourteen fillings and a set of braces (and two or three cleanings) later, and I had a pretty decent idea.

Dentists can transform lives.

A little bit about me: I was raised in Ottawa, went to Hillcrest High School and Ottawa University for my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Human Kinetics, and then pursued dentistry at Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University. I couldn’t wait to come back to Ottawa and start making a difference in my community.

When I’m not at the clinic, I love spending time with my wife, Zaynab, and our energetic two-year-old son, Hadi. We’re always up for an adventure, whether it’s exploring new places or trying new things.

I started this clinic with a dream to provide my patients with a reliable, consistent dental home. My goal is to offer ethical, compassionate, and quality dentistry to my community, and to be a dentist that truly transforms lives. I hope that I can have the opportunity to transform yours!
